Refund Policy for Booking Harp Lessons​:

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients may cancel or reschedule their harp lessons up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson time will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds:

If a lesson is canceled by the client more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

In the event that I need to cancel a lesson, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
No-Shows:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled lesson without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Package Lessons:

Refunds for unused lessons in a package will be provided if the package is canceled at least 24 hours before the next scheduled lesson.

Refunds will be calculated based on the number of completed lessons, charged at the full individual lesson price instead of the discounted package rate.

For example, if you purchased a package of 10 lessons at a discounted rate but used 3 lessons before requesting a refund, the refund will deduct the full price of those 3 lessons.
Note on Exceptions:

The 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling rule applies to all lessons unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. In cases of unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, exceptions may be made at my discretion.

No-Show Policy:

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled free lesson without prior notice will not be eligible to book another complimentary session.
