Digital Product Non-Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of my products (including but not limited to downloadable sheet music, PDF files, and audio tracks), all sales are final. Because these products can be instantly downloaded and saved, I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access or delivery has been granted.

Because the file is delivered instantly, I do not offer refunds.

Under Directive (EU) 2023/2673, EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right expires immediately for digital content delivered via instant download once the download begins. By checking the mandatory box at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of your digital sheet music and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. Consequently, all digital sales to EU consumers under these conditions are strictly non-refundable.
